Product: HP Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP M682z
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Intermittently the print job halts with a 50.71.14 error on the display panel. I have to clear the paper path and power cycle the printer, then restart the print job and that might work for a half a day or so. I have swapped out the fuser and replaced all the paper feed rollers and it continues to happen. I am stumped. Any ideas?

This error is related to the fuser pressure release.

Hey Repairatrooper, is the pressure release available as a replaceable part? I have searched the internet to no avail.

The page count is 392568.

The firmware is 240687_000017.
