Hi @AhmedSH89
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error code 59.C0.00 on your HP MFP 479 printer often indicates a complex print job or a potential hardware issue. Since you’ve already replaced the cartridges and updated the firmware and drivers, here are some additional steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
1. Simplify the Print Job:
- Try printing a simpler document (like a plain text file) to see if it processes without errors. This can help determine if the issue is related to specific document complexity.
2. Check Network Connection:
- Ensure that the printer is still properly connected to the network. Unstable connections can sometimes lead to errors.
3. Reconfigure Network Settings:
- If your printer has an IP address, try using a static IP instead of DHCP. This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.
4. Review Printer Settings:
- Go to the printer settings and check if there are any settings related to print quality or processing that can be adjusted to reduce complexity (e.g., switching to draft mode).
5. Reset the Printer:
- Perform a factory reset on the printer if possible. This may clear any internal errors causing the issue. Check the manual for instructions on how to do this.
6. Clear Print Queue:
- Ensure that the print queue on the computers connected to the printer is clear. Sometimes, stuck jobs can cause issues.
7. Check for Driver Conflicts:
- On each connected computer, ensure there are no conflicting drivers installed. Uninstall any unnecessary or duplicate drivers.
8. Monitor Printer Logs:
- Continue to monitor the event logs for any patterns related to the errors. This might help pinpoint the exact cause.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

59 errors are caused by motor errors such as fuser motor, drive motor or tray lifter motors. I have seen these errors triggered by a defective cartridge that does not rotate properly. As your printer is only a few months old I suggest you create a warranty case at support.hp.com or locate a local service centre to look at it.
The page too complex error results from a timeout when imaging processing takes too long.
