Hi @rakesh2024,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error code 63.00.08 on an HP LaserJet MFP E77422 typically indicates a “Toner Cartridge Error” or “Toner Sensor Error.” This issue generally involves a problem with the toner cartridges or the sensors responsible for detecting toner levels. Here’s how you can diagnose and troubleshoot this issue:
**1. Check and Reseat the Toner Cartridges:
- Power off the printer and unplug it from the electrical outlet.
- Open the front door or the access panel where the toner cartridges are located.
Remove the Toner Cartridges:
- Carefully remove the toner cartridges from the printer.
- Check the cartridges for any visible damage, leaks, or obstructions. Ensure that the cartridges are not empty or near empty.
- Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently clean any visible toner from the cartridges and their slots.
- Reinstall the toner cartridges, making sure they are firmly seated and aligned correctly.
- Close the front door or access panel.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
2. Check and Clean the Toner Sensors
- The toner sensors are usually located near the toner cartridge slots. Consult the printer’s manual or HP support documentation for the exact location.
- Use a soft, dry cloth to gently clean the toner sensors. Avoid using any liquid cleaners.
3. Update Printer Firmware
- Check for Firmware Updates:
- Go to the HP Support website and search for your printer model.
- Download and install the latest firmware for your HP LaserJet MFP E77422.
4. Perform a Printer Reset
- Turn off the printer, unplug it, wait for about 60 seconds, and then plug it back in and turn it on.
Perform a Reset:
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
