Hello everyone, I need help.
I have an HP Laserjet pro mfp m26a, I use win10 64bit and I have a problem because the printer is sometimes online, sometimes offline. I changed the cables and it's always the same. I reinstalled the driver, and during installation it sometimes shows that the printer is not connected, so I have to reinstall. I also installed the driver for win11, but the problem is the same.
Very important, it works perfectly on my old computer with win7.
Can anyone give me some advice on how to solve the problem?
