Product: MFP M281 Pavilion 6530

Got to my office this morning and printer power was off.  Used it yesterday and fine.  Have trouble-shot the problem with plugging into new wall outlet, different power surge protector, removing power cord, pausing, re-plugging in, using a NEW power cord and nothing works.  Why did it just die overnight?  There were no storms or any other issues with other items in my office.

I understand the printer is not powering on. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Printer Does Not Turn On

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
