HP Neverstop Laser 1001nw

Well bought this printer on 2021 April, the printer die on 2023 Dec 23, greattttt Christmas gift from HP just great.

Anywayz, it stopped working, the power won't turn on. I tried everything.

1. Tested power core, and power socket power, they are not broken.

2. Unpluged powercore for hours. Press and hold power button for 40 secs+. Plug the power cord back in, press and hold power button for 40+ secs, no respond.

3. Opened the back and side panel of the printer. Plug power cord in and listen if there are any sound.

4. It is making some ticking noises.

5. The nose is coming from the little green box marked "X-MEN-V1 042B DHB-001" and DH in front of the set numbers.

How much  is it to get it fix?

Can you post a picture of the part you are talking about. The numbers you provide are likely an internal numbering system and I cannot find a reference for it.

Hi thanks for your reply!

Yes I will attach a picture.

It is either that or one of those little cylinder things on the right side (not in pic), but I think that area is where the clicking noise came from.

That appears to be part of the power supply. HP does not supply individual components for boards, they would sell the entire power supply. A competent electronics technician might be able to source and replace a board component for you, but not sure how the price would compare to replacing the whole board.

Thanks for the reply.

yea the first thing HP support tell me is to buy a new printer. They keep making **bleep**ty product and flood the world with their garbage. I KNEW HP make **bleep**ty products, but in around 2019 ish? they said they are going to change and see what they make now, it is the same crap and prob even worst than be4, most of their stuffs die just a bit after the  warranty expire.

Never again will buy another HP product in my life. And let's see how fast HP close this post lol.
