Hello all,
First things first 😅
HEEEEEEEEELLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPP
** Have have been trying all solutions provided ONLINE . But nothing is helping" **
>> Printer bought in 2018 ->> NO WARRANTY (Due to moving stayed in storage room)
>> Started Using it end of 2019 when i also found out that the display was deffect
>> COULDNT BRING IT BACK - Luckyly i was able to use it thought the app- UNTIL NOW 😭😭
*** PROBLEM #1 - DISPLAY DEFFECT
The display of my printer is blank (click sound = OK, so probabley functioning) but BLANK. Meaning i cannot not factory reset my printer. Even with the display not visible, i haven't had any problem printing , Because I was doing everything through the HP_SMART app on my phone (android).
***PROBLEM #2 - OFFLINE
Yesterday I decided to fix the problem i had between my printer and my Macbook. Because even with the APP on my macbook it still wouldnt print, always had to do it from my phone. All i tried to do i fix the printing problem by following steps, and following instructions. As i was trying to fix it. It send me on "hpf43909961c9d.local ......." and then somehow i found myself PRINTERLESS.
And because the display is deffect i cannot manualy fix, nor can i do it through the laptop, as i don't have the USB cable😓😭.. No matter what i want to do, i need a "USB CABLE" or "WORKING DISPLAY" both of which i don't have.
PLEASE HELP PICTURED BELOW
This is how it has been for the longest i can rememeber

Hi @MaMfulu,
I'd like to help!
Let's first try and resolve the printer display issue
Let's try a power reset on the printer
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
