Product: HP officejet pro 9010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Client has several HP printers both laser and officejet.

All printers are up to date. Windows is up to date. Acrobat DC Pro, up to date.

On the OJ Pro 9010, you can scan. You can print from Word and other apps. But you can not print a PDF from Acrobat DC Pro (Also tried FoxIT Reader). It never even hit's the print que.

On the OJ Pro 9020, it prints fine. On the lasers, prints fine.

I've uninstalled the printer driver (on a side note, HP. Your Easyprint tech for Mac just sucks, not having drivers any more is a huge back step) and reinstalled software. Test page in windows works just fine. Still no love on PDF printing from the 9010.

BTW, all printers are hardwired, no WIFI direct printing.
