HP Recommended

Display on my HP OJP 7740 will not turn off. I’ve already checked power management sleep, and automatic turn off settings. They are correct. Firmware is up to date.  Have also unplugged and powered down and powered back on. Nothing has worked, the display is still lit continually and will not go into sleep or turn off mode. What now? Thx.
