My printer won't work error code OXC4EB827F this new I print only 5 times please help

If resetting the printer does not work then you will need to contact HP support.

I tried to reset the printer but still the error code immediately shown I read the forum and I learn this is a common problem of HP this printer is less than a month very inconvinience

Had officejet 4630 printer for several years and tried to install new cartridge a couple of weeks ago. Alignment page wouldn't print which kept me from scanning and copying. My wonderful husband started pressing buttons and the error code OXC4EB8257F came up. He looked online and several people said they picked the printer up 2-3inches off the desk and dropped it and it started working.  He tried it (without telling me what he was doing and scared the bejeebus out of me!) and it started working!  Alignment page started printing and I can now print, scan, and copy. Never used the fax feature, but I'm sure that is fixed now as well.

I picked up my printer just like you said and dropped it... IT WORKED!!! I called tech support and went through a series of unplugging and resetting, didn't work. I was told to buy a new one. Unbelievable!!!
