In a previous thread it was mentioned to reply to the thread to get the instructions on how to down grade the firmware to a date back in 2019. Can I please get a copy of the instructions? Thanks in advance!

We will not be able to downgrade the Firmware but if the issue persists we could try a Semi full reset
