Hi @SG-Big,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It seems like you're encountering a technical issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e printer. The blue touch screen, flashing icons, and error code 620192F8 indicate that something might be wrong with the printer's firmware or hardware. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue.

Perform a Power Reset:

  • Disconnect the power cord from the printer and unplug it from the power outlet.
  • Wait for about 30 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the printer and the power outlet.
  • Turn the printer on and check if the issue is resolved.

Update Firmware:

  • Sometimes, firmware issues can cause such problems. Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer on the HP support website. If there is, follow the instructions to update the firmware.

Factory Reset:

  • If a power reset and firmware update don't work, you can try performing a factory reset on your printer to restore it to its default settings. Keep in mind that this will erase any custom settings you've configured.
  • To perform a factory reset, navigate to the printer's settings menu using the touch screen and look for the "Restore Defaults" or "Factory Reset" option. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.

Please note that performing a factory reset should be a last resort, as it will erase your settings and potentially any custom configurations you've made on the printer. If you have any important settings or configurations, try to back them up if possible before proceeding with a factory reset.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
