My printer decided over the weekend to stop working and is kicking out an error code OXB1OA3545.
It will not switch off by the printer power switch so I have had to switch it off at the mains power. Restarting it has not solved the issue.
Issue started with note to say there was a paper jam. The jam was non existent but I did clean the glass scanner panel in case it was the multi document feeder that was picking up dust so giving a false reading. Then there was an apparent issue with two ink cartridges. I took the cartridges out and replaced them.
Now I have this error code and it won't let me do anything with it.
I have searched online and only found one forum post that mentioned a private message from HP to reset the printer.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @Butterflynet25,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Error messages on HP OfficeJet printers can be frustrating, but they often provide specific codes that can help identify the issue. The error message "OXB1OA3545" on the HP OfficeJet 6950 indicates a problem with the printer's hardware or firmware. To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps.
Restart the Printer: Power off the printer, wait for about 30 seconds, and then power it back on. Sometimes, a simple restart can clear temporary glitches.
Check for Paper Jams: Make sure there are no paper jams inside the printer. Open all access doors and check the paper path carefully. Remove any stuck paper if found.
Update Firmware: Visit the HP support website and check if there's a firmware update available for your printer model. If there is, follow the instructions to update the printer's firmware.
Reset the Printer: Performing a reset on the printer can help resolve various issues. To reset the HP OfficeJet 6950, follow these steps:
a. With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
b. Wait for at least 60 seconds.
c. Plug the power cord back into the printer.
d. Turn on the printer and check if the error message persists.
Check for Obstructions: Ensure that there are no foreign objects obstructing the printer's carriage or any other moving parts.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
