Hello!
My printer was working fine a couple of months ago. About a week ago the battery light started flashing and my printer would not turn on. I tried removing the battery and just using the powercord, but it still would not turn on (while plugged into wall); I ordered a brand new battery which came today - still battery light continues to blink with the new battery. Powercord will not charge. The light wont even blink unless hard wired to my laptop. I ordered a replacement charging cord as well, but impossible to run a diagnosic on this thing if it's not turned on. Help! Someone! Anyone!

Hi @VDiez,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're encountering some frustrating issues with your HP Officejet 250 Mobile All-In-One Printer. Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve the problem.
- Check Power Source: Ensure that the power outlet you're using is working properly. Try plugging another device into the same outlet to verify.
- Reset Printer: Sometimes, a simple reset can resolve many issues. Try turning off the printer, unplugging it from the power source, and waiting for a couple of minutes before plugging it back in and turning it on again.
- Check Battery Contacts: Make sure the battery is properly inserted into the printer and that the contacts on both the battery and the printer are clean and free from any dirt or debris.
- Update Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Sometimes, outdated firmware can cause issues with power management.
Hopefully, one of these steps will help you get your printer back up and running.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hello - I tried these things and unfortunately my printer will not turn on. I cannot update the firmware since I can't turn the printer on. When the printer is plugged in to the wall, but not connected to my laptop via USB, it the battery light does not blink (Orange); But when the USB is plugged in to my laptop and back of printer, the orange battery light blinks. I tried switching in and out both batteries and resetting printer, unfortunately it will not start
