OfficeJet 250
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

During first setup this morning, I got immediately this error from my new printer B8746454.

Then I reboot the printer as shown in the screen on the printer but it's in loop with this error message and with Web Services agreement page.

Afer the initial setup I reach this point in the process:

Web Services

Would you like to accept....

Setup Later    No    Yes

No matter what option I choose a blue screen with a power symbol flashes on the screen with the code"D8746454" and then shows:

Printer Error

There is a problem with the printer.

Turn the printer off, then on

No matter how many times I turn it off and on again, it doesn't pass that screen.

How can I Factory Reset it without going to the on screen option to do so?

I already try with soft reset and power reset, but nothing.

The issue start immediately after unboxed the printer, and device is new.

I didn't change anything from my software/hardware setup

Thank you.
