Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

Using this board is probably my last resort to solve an issue, before I dump my HP Office Jet 3830. There is a weird  failure which appears to be not fixable in the home environment. I hope users of the community may have an answer as well HP personnel if they are reading board. Problem: Recently the printer became inoperable due to continuous shutdown after turning it on. It going to shutdown Immediately after powering the unit on, which delays in range of 10 sec  to 1 min, no more. It shutting down itself and re-powering back. It becomes an infinite loop, sometimes mixed with a quick message going to sleep mode. All types of software from HP designed to diagnose and fix issues can not have enough time even to recognize a device before it shutdown itself. I manage prolong time to stay on, switching buttons on the menu display but it only gives an extra 1-2 min before it turns off.
At this time some of HP software picks info and is able to communicate with a printer, show it installed properly, has an updated firmware, ink and bla blah, before it shuts off and communication is lost. All steps recommended for users from HP web support were done even without reading that.1. Resetting to the factory >>> Not working. 2.Remove power cord > delay> connect back> Not work. 3. Switching back wall electric outlets and connecting directly > Not work.
4. Replacing the power adapter for a brand new one > does not work. 5. Cartridges OK, no leaks on contacts. 6. Replacing 3v battery on logic board > Not working. 7. Power button, display works correctly and wire connectors sit tight and checked for loosing. Replacing a logic board itself? There is no desire to even spend a dime on that.. if there no fixes exist. So mostly am in curious mode if anyone manages to fix a similar issue,
without bringing it to the service center or replacing a logic board.I am pretty positive it is a hardware issue with a power block on the printer, not a power adapter, or corrupted firmware in an unrecoverable state..Will be greatly appreciated for any recommendation if any exist, before considering buying a new one. I like to keep it. It was moderately used, but out of factory warranty. No problem with Windows 10 , all drivers are up to date and configuration is fine. Thank you in advance.
