I have an HP Officejet 3830, all of a sudden it has started pulling up error code 0X0005FBB6 LIB_MATH C. I have taken the cartridges out while it was on and unplugged it from the outlet. I have left the cartridges in there and done the same thing and it keeps popping up the same error. I have had this printer for several years now with no complaints and now all of a sudden it is not working. Any help is a plus I need this to complete my tasks as I work from home and my printer is a major necessity.
