my printer will start to grab a piece of paper, it will get caught/crumple in one corner of the feeder, and then the screen says there is no paper loaded. i've tried cleaning the rollers and nothing is working.

The problem could be - for example:
- The paper is too dry, too damp (yes, these are real things). Paper could be too thick, too thin, colored, curled, stuck together.
- The settings (for example, the Media - kind of paper) could be wrong for the current job.
- The printer may need a power reset (explained in the documents below).
- The printer might be broken - though this is the last consideration and less likely the case until all other options have been tried / tested / eliminated.
