Hello,
My printer is stuck with the power light blinking and the console display frozen on the HP logo/loading bar. The loading bar is not moving like usual. I have already tried checking for a paper jam and reinserting the cartridges, as well as unplugging the power cord from the printer and the wall for 3 minutes. The printer is connected directly to the wall outlet. Please help solve this issue!
Thank you

Unfortunately, as mentioned in my original post, I already tried doing a hard reset by unplugging the power cord from the printer and the wall for 3 minutes. I saw mentioned in several posts solving the same issue that there is a more intensive reset as well. Would you be able to give me the information on how to do that? I will contact customer support later today if not.

@ PacPl Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that the HP OfficeJet 3830 printer power light blinking.
Check for the paper jam in the printer.
Make sure the carriage is moving freely.
I suggest you do a Hard Reset
(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
(2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
(7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
(8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
If the issue persists, I would suggets you contact our phone support and check for the support option.
