Hello, my HP OfficeJet 4658 does not print on colour nor the automatic 2-side print does not work since I've migrated from Windows 8 to Windows 10

Hello, thanks for your support. Unfortunately I couldn't find any "CCC" nor "Uninstall_L4.bat" files in my Temp folder.
The closest match i have is a file named "RemovePreinstalledDrivers.exe" in %Temp%/7zSxxxx/utils/x64.
Would it be OK to run it?
Kind regards,
Otto.

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
