My HP OfficeJet 5255 gives me the error code OXB3DBCA2B and requires me to unplug the power cord (no functions are available on the local screen), and then plug back in to get the printer to work. However, the printer will only work for a short time before requiring me to perform that task again. I've read the other printer error codes on this site, and they don't seem to address this specific error code. Can anyone help? Thank you for your time.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand you are receiving an "OXB" error. We can perform a reset on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
