I have a HP Officejet 5740 printer, after printing out a document, a message popped up saying  "remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure that it is correctly installed". I today installed a new black cartridge and I installed a new color cartridge about a week ago, the color cartridge is the one being indicated and it was printing fine until today.

I have tried all  the hard restarts as indicated  in the forum posts and still no joy.
