HP OfficeJet 6958 All‑in‑One Printer had error code 0XB8519CA6 several times last week. Power cycling didn't help, then I selected "clean printhead" from menu and everything looks fine. Today it has error code again, but different one 0XB84826C4. Does anyone know how to fix it? I really appreciate the help.

Hi @Beatrix_C,
I'd like to help!
Let's try a power reset on the printer
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I have the 6950 All-in-One with the 0XB8519CA6 error. Just keeps flashing this error. I've followed the reset procedure multiple times and the firmware states up to date. I've gone to the HP site and installed any updates listed. The printer will look normal with no error for a short period after reset and then shows offline and I check the printer and it is flashing the error again.

Hi @cfe3016,
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you contact HP support in your region regarding the service options for your printer
Follow the instructions below to reach them:
1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!

@Jay_G24 For all these people getting the error around the same time, it doesn't sound like a hardware issue. I print maybe 2 times a month and no more than 10 pages. Support, service and repair will cost a lot more than what I paid for it, so best to junk it and buy new non-HP if that is HP's solution to the problem. In the last couple of years, I've been very disappointed in the quality of the HP products.

Considering multiple people are having the same issue all of a sudden, I'd say it's definitely not a hardware issue!
