Product: OfficeJet 6958
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I have an OfficeJet 6958 and am consistently seeing error code 0XB84826C4. To clear out the error code I have to unplug the printer and then repower it up by plugging it back in. Does anyone have any ideas to fix this?

Please try and update the Printer's firmware: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

 

Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
