Hello,

My printer prints all colors in pink.

Of course, I cleaned the heads many times, printed many test pages and checked that the cartridges (HP ones) contain ink.

The HP support page does not accept my serial number and product number below, but they are correct...

S/N  [personal info removed]

P/N G3J47-64001

=> How can I go back to printing beautiful colors ? (which was the case before this problem occurred)
