Hi
I have EXACTLY the same issue with my HP Officejet Pro 8022.
This only happens when I scan a document to email from the printer.
The resulting PDF has a very noticeable blue tint.
I didn't understand what you meant by 'set it up and check' when you replied to the other customer.
Thanks
Regards
Paul

Welcome to HP support community.
Perform a power reset
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
- Turn on the printer.
Update the printer firmware
Here are the steps:- Click here
I hope that helps.

Hi
I have tried your suggestion twice with no luck.
The printer software did not need updating and, and when I scan to email it still comes out completely with a blue tint.
The quality is great, but a white business letter is blue/grey instead of white.
Thanks
Paul
