I had a problem with this printer and did a Reset thinking it might help.
Now I find I cannot complete the process without the original set up ink cartridges.
I no longer have them. Is there any way to get around the circle of messages
that tell me to insert them and continue?
I have tried pressing return four times, but it does not seem to work since
I can never get to a "home" screen.
If this fails, I need to buy another printer.
Thank you for any help you can provide.

I do not get an error. The sreens simply cycle through the set up steps.
I have tried pressing return 4 times at every point in this cycle. Nothing works.
I am at a loss for what to do next.
At this point I'm being advised to buy a Cannon printer, which is not locked down like the HPs.
