I apologize for not answering for a quite long time. (HP OfficeJet 8720 internal system error)
It took some time to come back, and to find out that something is not working as expected.
- Factory Reset by the special procedure (semi-full reset) did not reset ALL values. So most of the private information are kept in the printer. Well, it is e semi-full reset.
- The problem resist: Internal System Error when I try to connect to "Network -> Advanced Settings -> Management Protocol"
How can I do a FULL reset?
Any hints on the error message?

i have try many time to update firmware but i recieved error.
i have also try to downgrade the firmware using windows CMD still have an error
please other solutions is wellcome
