Product: HP OfficeJet 9020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

While printing a multi-page job, printer printed two pages, then stopped. All the LEDs began flashing, none of the buttons were responsive, and had to disconnect power to shut down the printer

 

Waited a few minutes, reconnected power, and the same thing happened again.

I had the same problem, the same error code. The following is what worked to fix my problem.

I unplugged the printer, I then went into the printer settings - opened the que and canceled the document I was trying to print. I plugged in the printer and it started up. I selected a different file to print, it worked. I selected two other files to print and they worked. So I assume the file I was trying to print when the printer locked up produced the 620192F4 error code is corrupt.
