HP Recommended

My HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e stopped responding to my iMac (Sonoma 14.5) so I reinstalled the printer. Now, the printer only prints in black & white even when my HP Envy laptop sends a print job to the printer. I'm willing to pay a fee to get someone from HP to help but I can't find a support phone number. And the online help doesn't fix my problem.

HP Recommended

Try uninstalling the driver as explained here.

 

Then reinstall using the latest HP Smart

Before calling HP support, you might ask for help over at Apple community
