Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Printer has been working fine until possible damage from impact of falling debris.  Cartridge initially showed all empty with power light and cartridge lights all blinking at same time.  Replaced cartridge, showed empty, replaced them again, showed full, printed one page, then showed empty, with power light and cartridge light blinking simultaneously.  Did 60 seconds without power reset, same situation.

Issue has been resolved, may have just needed to press power on button again after power reset.
