Just received this printhead error oxc19a0041.  I have reviewed several discussions on how to possibly resolve it.  Unplug, wait 60 seconds, replug, etc.  Then there was a post about removing cartridges, unplug, replug.  Any attempt I follow when it powers back up, I immediately see the same error oxc18a0041 in the printer window.  All cartridges report they still have ink, although not full.  I'm thinking this is not a cartridge problem since it is reporting the same error when no ink cartridges are installled?  Also tried cleaning the contacts.  This printer apparently does not have a removable printhead since I don't see the arm noted in ne document to release the printhead.  This is a lightly used, but older/out of support printer.  I'm assuming if there is no other plan of action my last path is to just take it to the recycle center and purchase a new printer vs. the cost to have it repaired?  Thoughts or other repair ideas?   Thanks in advance.
