Product: HP Envy

Replaced ink cartridges and printer will not print in black.  Replaced the black one twice, thinking the cartridge was faulty.

I went thru all the steps of cleaning, unplugging, and even downloading new drivers.  It still will not print in black!

I see that you are facing print quality issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 printer.
