Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My OfficeJet Pro 6968 printer (4 years old) quit printing this morning.  An error message came up at the bottom right of my computer screen the first time I could not print, but it had no identifying number to it nor description of the error.  This message has not come up in subsequent attempts to print.  The printer will still copy a document that is placed on the glass, but I have not figured out a solution to my printing problem.  I have not had this problem in the past.
