Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6970
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Der Drucker druckt kein Schwarz mehr, sprichwörtlich von einem Moment auf den anderen: Ich wollte ein Word Dokument 2x ausdrucken. Das 1. Examplar wurde normal gedruckt, beim 2. fehlte die schwarze Farbe.

 

Dasselbe passiert auch beim Kopieren, so dass ein Problem auf PC Seite ausgeschlossen werden kann.

 

Gemäss Füllstandsanzeige ist die Patrone noch mehr als halb voll, was ich auch erwarten würde.

 

Ich habe es mit Düsenreinigung probiert, habe die Patrone entfernt und die Kontakte gereinigt. Hat alles nichts gebracht.

 

Auf den Foren finde ich verschiedene Tips zu anderen Modellen - von denen ich das für den 6970 anwendbare erfolglos probiert habe. 

 

Was nun?

 

PS: Das Gerät ist erst 7 Monate alt.

Ups, sorry, I didn't realize that after entering Switzerland/German I was still forwarded to the English forum.
