Printer jammed, and after clearing, the print was way too light or non-existent.
Cleaned and aligned several times
Installed in black cartridge and the first page was good, second page was 1/2 good, third page was unreadable.

I'd like to help!
Try updating the FIRMWARE, if not done already.
And if you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, then it could be either the cartridge is faulty or the printer needs to be checked.
