I have been receiving a series of error messages, culminating in "Printer Failure: There is a problem with the printer or print system. Turn the printer Off. then On. If you continue to get this message, contact HP. 0x6100004a"
When I turn the printer on, it tells me there is a jam (I have cleared all visible jams), then lets me know the printer was turned off incorrectly (it was not - I used the power button as instructed), then after a moment the above quoted Printer Failure message appears. I do not seem to be able to replace or clean the ink cartridges, print alignment pages, etc. while this message is showing. I am unsure what is wrong and what to do about it, thank you in advance for your help!
