HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 prints blank pages. The only time it will print anything is during the "print quality" report and it is just 2 yellow rectangles, rest is blank. All brand new ink cartridges (HP genuine from HP InstaInk). Did hard reset, unplugged power cord from back of printer and wall outlet. Took out cartridges and reinserted. Cleaned print heads over a dozen times. Printed "print quality" report, performed alignment function multiple times. Tried copying from flatbed and docufeed and zip, nothing, nada. Printer is about 13-14 months old. Working off of Mac OS Mojave 10.14.5. At wit's end! Please help!
