Blue screen with error code B82F5E14.
Approximately every 20 minutes the printer displays this error on the touch screen and no longer works.
I followed the advice of turning the printer off and on again after 30 or 60 seconds by unplugging it.
The printer starts working but after the time indicated above it locks up again with the same error.
Firmware updated to the latest version.
Any suggestions for me regarding the error code? Thank you in advance

Hi @NB_77,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
