Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 Series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to print anymore from my computer to my printer. When I send a print job to the printer the printer spits out blank pages, same with making copies. But if I go into printer settings and request a test page to print from the computer or from the printer itself the printer is reading this print job and prints it out. 

 

I've tried multiple trouble shootings and everything is finding the print online and working.
