HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer

Model Name: HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 Series

Model Number: 8025

Does anyone know if this printer has the capability of printing via Bluetooth? If so, I can't figure out how to enable it to connect (or make it discoverable). In the printer settings on the printer, I see there is a "Bluetooth Low Energy" option that is currently set to "On." But no other Bluetooth options.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Kirk

Hi @kirkfondren,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 is primarily designed for wireless printing over Wi-Fi and does not have native Bluetooth printing capabilities. The "Bluetooth Low Energy" option you mentioned is likely used for Bluetooth communication with the HP Smart app or other mobile devices for setup and configuration purposes, but it doesn't support direct Bluetooth printing.

To print from a mobile device or computer to the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025, you would typically use a Wi-Fi connection. Ensure that the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the device you want to print from. You can also use features like ePrint or AirPrint (for iOS devices) to print wirelessly.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
