I read a post regarding hp officejet pro 8025 event code 71.02.4a, but it said to take out all of the cartridges. I can not remove the cartridges because the print head is to the far right where I can not access it, and it won't move to the center. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
This seems like a hardware issue with the printer. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Print head Errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and if the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
