Hello,
we have an HP Officejet pro 8210, the printer has been purchased in europe but we use in US (on a vessel). We purchased US cartridge so we need to change region.
I followed the instructions I found on your support and I reached the hidden menu "for use in conjunction with support personel only" where it asks to enter a reset code provided by support personel in order to have access to the related setting.
I need to insert this code.

I see that you are looking for help with a regional reset on your Printer.
As you have already performed the steps to initiate a regional reset and you are on the screen where it is asking you for the codes.
Take a screenshot of the window you are on and send it to me in a private message to generate the codes.
To access your private messages, click the Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link
