I have a the HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium e-All-in-One - N911n which is out of warranty. I made a firmware upgrade and followed recommendations but it still gives "The following ink cartridges are not intended for use in this printer" error showing all black and color cartridges as faulty. How can I get to resolve this, by regionalization of the printer?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

If you've any old or new cartridges and if you insert them, do you still get the error message? if yes, perform the steps from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-8600-e-all-in-one-printer-series-n911/4322914/...

Let me know if this helps.

I tried by cleaning the cartridges and it didn't work for me. Any other recommendations are welcome.

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
