HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

Hello! I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 printer and the screen says “Printer Failure. There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem, persists, contact HP.” I have contacted HP support multiple times and have come to a dead end each time. I have tried the basic troubleshooting on my own and none of that has worked. My next attempt was to download the HP smart app but that requires my devices to be on the same Wi-Fi network. Because the printer screen is stuck on the “printer failure” screen, I cannot connect my printer to a Wi-Fi network which causes me to not be able to use the app. I would appreciate any help I can get to fix this issue.
