My boss found a different hp printer she liked better shortly after buying the HP OFFICEJET PRO 8710 ALL IN ONE PRINTER, SO SHE SAID MY DAUGHTER COULD HAVE IT FOR HER SCHOOL WORK. The thing is, we don't have the cartridges that came with it. Can you please inbox me the reset instructions? My daughter has been excited to try it, and she just started college. We didn't know we had no cartridges until we took the printer out to set it up after 6 months. I purchased ink cartridges but it wont take them. Thank you.

Could you please help me with the exact model name or the product number of the printer and the operating system of the computer?
Is this a new printer or a used printer?
If it's a used printer, purchase a genuine HP cartridge from a local store and use them for a functioning printer.
