Hi, I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 Printer Error: There is a problem with the printer. Turn the printer off, then on.  I have turned the printer off and it turns itself back on and the problem returns after temporarily behaving normally.  I unplugged the printer for more than a minute, plugged it back in and the problem returns.  Please respond with specific instructions on how to fix this error that just cropped up recently.  Thank you!

I understand that you are getting printer errors and you have tried multiple troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.

If the issue still persists, you might have to reset the printer to fix the issue.

I have this same error.  And, I have done the same steps to troubleshoot.  And, this just started happening recently. Please send me the instructions to resolve
