Hello, I've got strange problem with printer in my company. When I'm printing something on printer, installed from print server, it "prints" blank page few seconds after last document is printed. What's more strange, when I install the same printer with the same drivers but using "Add a printer using a TCP/IP" not from Print Server, everything works fine, document is printed and there is no additional blank page spitted out. Anyone got similar problem or could give me some advices, where should i look for problem?

Hi @dann9999,
We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings and see how it goes.
If this does not work, then you may need one on one interaction with HP internal support.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name, or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
