My computer is set up to print wirelessly across the network, but that recently stopped working. It shows up fine on the network (and in my printer settings), but will not print when I send it a print job. The printer screen shows that it's received the print job, but it just stays in that status forever. I even tried to print out a test page directly from the printer's control panel (ie. the "wireless printer settings" confirmation page) and that won't print either.
I've "reset printer system..." from the system preferences.
I've tried printing via USB.
Same results from every method -- print job goes to printer, but never prints.
I'm receiving no other error messages, and the printer cartridges are new.

Hi @wbro
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "Cannot print" issue.
1)Are you able to make copies using the printer?
2)What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
While you respond to that, Let's try a power reset on the printer -
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
