Hello,
I have purchased a HP printer in the US and subsequently moved to Europe.
I understand I need to perform a "Regional reset" in order to be able to use ink cartridges available in this region.
This can only be done with help from HP Tech support.
I have previously asked for help on this forum, but unfortunately was not able to complete the process.
I believe I have now completed all the necessary prep, including having access to the special menu for entering the reset code.
Please could a HP specialist contact me once again and I'll provide the necessary serial codes.
Thank you!

Hey @PetrWolf,
Thank you for your response,
I'd be happy to assist you with this. Please note that the region reset process is critical, and using incorrect details during this process could cause issues or even damage your printer. Kindly send the correct serial number of your unit via private message.
To perform a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:
1. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer.
2. You need to have all the cartridges either from the region/country from where the printer was purchased originally or the new region/country to which you want to reset it to.
3. Make sure HP Smart App is installed too.
Do keep me posted.

@PetrWolf Thank you for reaching out.
As you have attempted a region reset previously without success, I highly recommend contacting our phone support team directly. This is a critical reset, and if something goes wrong, there is a risk that the printer may become inoperable (bricked).
Our phone support team will be able to guide you through the process safely and ensure the reset is performed correctly.
I have shared the contact details via private message.
Thank you!

Hello! Thanks for reaching out.
Unfortunately, I have already tried the support numbers, but neither Czech or the US support was able/willing to help and both pointed at the other as the correct contact.
I did receive the right kind of help here on this support forum before, but unfortunately I provided serial number of the "old" cartridges and so the solution didn't work.
Now I believe I have the right input and just need a HP specialist to generate the right regional reset code, same as before. Please see a private message with the details.
Thanks!
